At ALLIES, we want you to love your skincare journey, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for products that do not meet your expectations. Items must be returned in their original packaging and at least half-full to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original box to prevent damage during transit and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
